That’s right! It’s finally time! Today is the official release of the Port Galaxy public beta! Everyone who has shown interest in the game will receive an email welcoming them and inviting them to play! We have events and competitions planned for the opening week too. So what are you waiting for? Make an account if you haven’t, customize your character, explore the Space Port, make a room, start collecting furniture, or just chat and make new friends. We are working hard on adding new content and providing bug fixes. Soon, and with your support, there will be a lot more on Port Galaxy!

What is it?

A referral competition is a challenge to each of you to see who can invite the most people to join to join our community. The goal is to get new people interested in Port Galaxy – the more you get, the better!

Note: We may also reward members who participate but do not place in the top three! If you already have a space suit from purchasing credits you will be given another substantial prize.

Competition Regulations

Failure to comply with these regulations could result in removal from any or all of our services. Cheating will never be tolerated!

Must invite real people. No duplicate accounts!

Your referral number may not be the exact number of members you invited. (At the end of the competition, we will carefully examine each person you invited to check if they have been an active member)

If participation seems to be lacking, a competition extension may be granted

You must not spam other websites or harass people to join

Check this list of regulations frequently if you are participating as they are subject to change. There is NO reason you need to cheat, so DO NOT do it. If you are caught cheating, you will be sent in a space pod to the nearest sun!

Welcome back!

It is great to be seeing you all again! We have appreciated your cooperation as we have made this transition into the final period prior to the our official launch. Whether this is your first time with us, or you are a seasoned community member, we ask that you take a look around our new website as we prepare for our testing stages to begin. We know we have been building this up for quite some time, but we are NOW finally ready to put forth our last few months of effort.

Our website now features the option for each of you to register your very own Port Galaxy account. By visiting here, you can ensure that you sign up with the username you wish to use in the Space Port. These usernames will be first used in our Alpha and Beta testing stages, and carried through the official launch. Speaking of which…

With this newly released website, we have officially entered our Alpha testing stage. We have already sent out some invitations, but fear not because more are on the way! During the Alpha testing stage, you will have the opportunity to customize your very own character, explore the Space Port, meet new friends, and design a personal room! Throughout this stage we will be continuing necessary maintenance and testing the new, additional features to ensure everything is working just as we want it to. In a short few weeks we should have our Beta testing stage rearing to go! This means more members, more features, and more fun…especially because the Space Port’s timetable says it is scheduled to enter the orbit of our first planet! But more on that later…

In addition to a new website, we have completely revamped our forum. This means that, unless you have already re-registered, you will have to visit the forum and create a new account. We apologize for this inconvenience, but, in the end, it will provide us with more accurate information as we draw nearer to the official launch. Do not forget to introduce yourself and catch up on the latest news and gossip around the Space Port! For now, the Forums will be a central information hub for all things Port Galaxy. Stay up-to-date!

We have completely revamped Port Galaxy from scratch. It now has brand new graphics, and is run on a new server and client. More recently we have got all new Character graphics, and added a new feature – Collectible clothes! So now, some players will be able to collect completely unique clothing.

Port Galaxy is a MMORPG / Social Game based on a virtual space port. The space port is located in the Milky Way Galaxy, and is called “Port Galaxy”. It is the most widely-used space port in the entire galaxy. The Space Port itself has unlimited living quarters, and the ability to travel through space. It moves to new locations in the galaxy once a month. On Port Galaxy, you will have the opportunity to create unique characters, and meet “people” from all over the galaxy. You will find merchants to trade with, friends from other planets, cool clothing and items from around the galaxy, and even create your own personal rooms. With so many possibilities, Port Galaxy can not simply be viewed as a Virtual World – it is a Virtual Galaxy!
